RWR Network Statement on Holocaust Analogies

BROOKLYN, NY– The RWR Network (RWRN) emphatically rejects recent comparisons between any world events and attempted analogies to the Holocaust.

We further remind you that being outraged at conditions at border camps on the United States southern border and still standing up for the sanctity of the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust are not mutually exclusive. Coopting the horrors of Hitler’s Nazi regime for political gain or social media attention is unacceptable.

We further urge politicians, celebrities and individuals to educate themselves as to the true horrors of the European concentration camps of the 1930s and 1940s before attempting to make untrue comparisons.

We invite them to attend future RWRN events with concentration camp survivors, as well as to seek out information on the Yad Vashem website.
